Website Knowledge Training

  1. Enter your main website URL in the dashboard
  2. Click "Scrape & Train" to start the knowledge extraction process
  3. The system will crawl your website and extract relevant content
  4. Content is processed into the chatbot's knowledge base
  5. You can view all processed URLs in the Scraped URLs section
Note: For best results, consider temporarily disabling Cloudflare or similar bot protection while scraping.

Additional URL Management

Include Specific URLs

  1. Add individual URLs from your site or other approved sources
  2. Enter one URL per line in the Include Additional URLs section
  3. Click "Scrape and Save Include URLs" to process them

Remove Unwanted Content

  1. Identify URLs you don't want in your chatbot's knowledge
  2. Enter one URL per line in the Remove URLs section
  3. Click "Remove and Save Exclude URLs" to delete from knowledge base

Direct Knowledge Input

This is important text that will be directly passed into your chatbot. Use this method to add critical business information that might not be available on your website.

  1. Navigate to the Additional Knowledge section
  2. Enter your important business information, FAQs, or key points
  3. Add up to 10,000 words of custom knowledge
  4. Click "Save Knowledge Settings" to update your chatbot

Content Recommendations

  • Keep content clear and well-structured
  • Include frequently asked questions with direct answers
  • Add information not available on your website
  • Provide specific instructions for complex topics
  • Regular updates help maintain accuracy

Knowledge Base Management

Your chatbot's knowledge base requires occasional maintenance to ensure it has the most accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Monitor scraped URLs in the dashboard to confirm important pages are included
  • Update your additional knowledge text when business information changes
  • Remove outdated URLs to prevent your chatbot from providing old information
  • Test your chatbot regularly to ensure it's providing accurate responses
  • Re-scrape your website periodically to capture new content
