Quick Start Guide
Get your AI chatbot up and running in just a few minutes with these simple steps.
1. Create Your Account
- Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation
- Enter your email address
- Click the login link sent to your email
- Access your dashboard to create your first chatbot
No email verification required - your ability to receive the login link proves ownership.
2. Train Your Chatbot
- Name your chatbot and define its main purpose
- Add knowledge through multiple methods:
- Import content from your website
- Connect Google Docs or Sheets
- Add custom knowledge directly
- For website content:
- Enter your website URL
- System automatically crawls and processes content
- Training takes 5-15 minutes depending on site size
- For Google Workspace:
- Share documents with our service account:
chatleh@chatleh.iam.gserviceaccount.com
- Add document URLs in the Knowledge settings
3. Add to Your Website
Choose your preferred integration method:
Option 1: Embed Widget

4. Connect Instagram (Optional)
Handle Instagram DMs through your AI chatbot by connecting your business account:
- Go to the Integration tab in your dashboard
- Find the Instagram Integration section
- Click Connect and authorize your Instagram Business account
- Grant permissions for:
- Reading and responding to Direct Messages
- Accessing basic account information
- Managing messages and comments

5. Customize & Monitor
