No technical knowledge is required. The setup process is designed to be simple with no coding needed. For website integration, you just need to copy-paste a single line of code, or use our WordPress plugin.
How does Chatleh learn about my business?
Chatleh automatically scans and learns from your website content. You can also add specific knowledge through the dashboard, upload documents, or train it with custom responses for specific questions.
Common Issues
Chat widget isn't appearing on my website

How does the free trial work?
The 7-day free trial includes all Pro plan features. No credit card is required to start. You'll get a reminder before the trial ends, and you can choose to upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrades give you immediate access to new features.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. If exceeded, the chatbot continues to work for the current month. We'll suggest upgrading your plan if you consistently exceed limits.
